I’ve always believed that growth is one of the most meaningful pursuits — for businesses and the people who build them.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across France, Spain, Turkey, Austria, and Italy, helping businesses of all sizes turn ideas into measurable progress. That experience — across cultures, industries, and stages of growth — shaped how I see business: as a balance of structure and humanity, strategy and execution.

With a background in strategy, operations, and project management — supported by a law degree, an MBA, and PMP® certification — I’ve learned how to bring clarity to complexity and momentum to ambition.

I founded FNG Solutions to help ambitious businesses grow smarter — by aligning strategy, execution, and people so progress actually happens.

What drives me most is seeing ideas come to life, teams work in flow, and businesses grow with purpose.
